Easyfood boosts creativity

For some years we at Easyfood have worked with customer-driven innovation and a flat organizational structure which has boosted creativity and concept development throughout the company. We run our own Innovation Center, where Easyfood employees immerse themselves in a universe to which we wish to sell solutions and products. We have a fully-equipped café and there's plenty of space, for example, to test market halls and pop-up stores. We have also hired a concept developer, who trained as a chef, to work closely with our customers.

To stimulate development work even further, we have now taken on a designer, Maja Skall, who will introduce design thinking into our daily work and systematize creativity at the company. Maja joins the innovation team, where she will be working with innovation management and user surveys.
